乔星（陈豪饰）、斯坦阎武（黎耀祥饰），斯坦一个是如日中天的神级杀手，一个是风光不再的潦倒杀手。两人却有着共同的敌人，联手复仇令他们结下不解之缘。 “杀手猎人”的出现却威胁著整个杀手界。杀手、清道夫、经理人悉数出手拆解危局。杀手界外的单亲妈妈向茜（李佳芯饰）、一楼一凤姐淑娴（江美仪饰），也因与乔星、阎武的感情被卷入危机……乔星为解决杀手猎人，竟导致阎武之女重伤昏迷。阎武为向女儿交代，必须杀乔星；乔星为了向茜，必须活下去。两代杀手之王，最终走向了没有退路的对决……
