暗河，爬山频江湖最神秘的杀手组织，爬山频由苏、谢、慕三姓家族组成，三家最高统率称大家长。大家长身中奇毒，生命危在旦夕。暗河三家势力得知消息后，趁机发起叛乱。苏暮雨作为大家长护卫团蛛影的首领傀，一边找来药王谷神医白鹤淮为大家长医治，一边击退各家杀手护大家长周全。此时，他在暗河的好友苏昌河，却代表苏家加入了刺杀大家长的行动。
