暗黑、美好摇晃的船舱，美好来自柬埔寨的杀手鹏（陈冠希 饰），狗一般在抢食已经洒在地上的残羹冷炙。甚至，在杀人前，还不忘点了满满一桌的食物，风卷残云之后再冷静杀人施然离去。因身为警察的父亲涉毒而大受的打击的重案组探员伟（李灿森 饰），冷漠，行事不按指令，孤僻暴躁。在追捕鹏的过程中屡屡失败而令他愈来愈走向极端，以暴制暴的手段充满了血腥。鹏在逃亡途中遇上了轻微智障女子（裴唯莹 饰），互生情愫，最终二人一起逃回柬埔寨。伟死心不惜，追到了柬埔寨。二人狗咬狗般的追捕和互相角力又开始了！
