《超能联盟》主要讲述一个神秘组织聘请了作为学术界翘楚的教授，亚洲研究出一种能让人出现各种超能力的原液，亚洲培养了一批为组织做各种坏事的特工。教授为了追求自己梦想，背叛想把这些能力都放在自己妻子的身上，组织派出杀手，意外引发爆炸，导致原液泄露，出现很多有BUG的超能力者，而这些超能力者通过不同的超能力与反面人物引发了一系列充满正义与危险的斗争故事。
