手机里传来陌生的铃声，春暖呼叫人竟是自己的名字，春暖另一端传来不知所谓的留言内容，但那毫无疑问的是自己的声音，这是怎么回事？“鬼来电”悄悄在高校学生中蔓延开来，一旦接到鬼来电，必然在电话所预言的时间内悲惨死去。由美（柴咲コウ饰）的好友阳子、研二、夏美先后惨死，由美有心挽救好友们的生命，却爱莫能助。山下（堤真一饰）的妹妹早先亦死于这通电话，他企图帮助由美一起企图揭开真相，可很快，由美也收到了鬼来电……
