回复 :聂万龙（秦沛饰）自败给石志康（陈庭威饰）后，已变得疯癫。石志康与妻子张嘉慧（万绮雯饰）也已退出赌坛。美洲赌王张天鼎（杨群饰）独当一面，称霸赌坛。其女张适茹（曾华倩饰）协助父亲打理美国赌场。张天鼎当年为求一己私利出卖洪氏两父子，使洪峰（吴毅将饰）含冤入狱。洪峰出狱后，即回 港劫走聂万龙助其复仇，誓要使张天鼎声名狼藉。张天鼎遂骗来石志康替自己出战。而张天鼎已暗中布下天罗地网，派手下狄信（吕颂贤饰）铲除康、峰二人。一场世纪之战旋即展开。香港亚洲电视于1992年制作的赌场风云大戏《胜者为王Ⅱ天下无敌》，仍由陈庭威、吕颂贤、秦沛等领衔主演，又新增了曾华倩、伍咏薇、吴毅将、杨群等实力派明星助阵。本剧集为《胜者为王》续集，其后又推出《胜者为王Ⅲ王者之战》。
