单亲妈妈带着有癫痫的女儿生活，免费女儿在学校认识了新同学。新同学家开舞会，免费女儿去参加，结果现场发现另一女同学淹死在游泳池中。不久，女儿被新同学父母绑架，准备卖到外地。单亲妈妈报警后，一直没有进展，后来终于发现：办案警察才是拐卖案的主谋。在前夫的帮助下，单亲妈妈战胜腐败警察和拐卖父母，将女儿救回。
