某天，欲乱艳妇岳视漫画家“宅男”加班到深夜不得不坐末班地铁回家，欲乱艳妇岳视同时搭上这班地铁的还有其他6位个性和职业都相差甚远的乘客。然而列车刚刚运行不久，一件无比惊悚的事情发生了——这趟末班地铁竟然只能在同一个车站之间循环往复！要想逃离这个灾难也只有一个方法！伴随着乘客们彼此之间猜忌怀疑的升级，以及灵异地铁终极谜底的层层揭开，一幕幕血腥事件开始逐一上演……

回复 :七年前，宣花（成贤娥 饰）是宪俊（金泰宇 饰）的女友。文昊（刘智太 饰）是宪俊的学弟，同时文昊又一直暗恋宣花。不久宪俊到国外留学，宣花与文昊两人开始约会，但最终也没能走到一起。宪俊在七年后学成归国，并成了导演，他找到了在大学教书的文昊聚旧，这时候文昊已成家立室。叙谈之间，他们渐渐说起了往日所爱——宣花。他们都想再次见到宣花，于是两人决定一起去寻找宣花。在一同寻找旧爱的过程中，两个男人之间又开始有了内心的较量。
