港东署ECU（Emergency Call Unit）一名紧急出动班班长，古窑因自己没有注意到妻子遇害前打来的求救电话，古窑而使得妻子遭到杀害。因此成为紧急指令室的一员，与拥有绝对听感但父亲被杀害的声纹分析官及同僚们一同阻止犯罪的过程与点滴。
