小说家仲尼在婚姻失败后转型写小说，双面煞神通过好友开发的新型VR技术，双面煞神仲尼化身为自己笔下的四位主人公，分别是保镖、拳手、线人以及老千，仲尼在体验了他们不同的爱情故事之后，对自己现实中失败的婚姻有了新的认识，并且明白了爱情的含义，于是仲尼振作起来，将小说写完，同时也走出了过去的阴影，重新面对自己的人生。
