回复 :何兵（梁朝伟饰）是个街头小混混，是一位盲人，拥有超凡的听觉特能，并以此为生ccc。1951年的10月8日，701突然发现，所有的敌台全部消失了，唯一的解释就是敌特分子启用了新的发射频道，所以需要优秀的侦听人员，因此701派出张学宁（周迅饰）到上海去找调琴师罗三耳。张到达上海后发现真正的调琴师是盲人却拥有特殊技能的何兵，便将何兵“请”到701来，希望他能为新中国服务，可就在将他带入车中的时候，罗三耳见到了张学宁的面貌，也为后期张学宁之死埋下伏笔。何兵帮助701找到了敌人的全部电台，也同时找到了自己心爱的女孩，并与她结婚，张学宁还请来了名医为何兵治好了眼睛。可是在一次侦听中，何兵的失误导致了张学宁牺牲。何兵悲痛万分，在一个雨夜又弄瞎了自己的双眼，但同时他的听力再一次变的灵敏，重新为701找回了敌人的电台。
