癌症药研发专家冯伟峰（温兆伦 饰）继承了舅公的豪华别墅，青春带着母亲、青春妻女和舅公的老管家一起生活。但自从住进别墅，却发生了一些列匪夷所思的事情。妻子爱玲（杨斯 饰）经常深夜被诡异的声影惊醒，女儿佳佳离奇失踪。很快有人来电声称绑架了佳佳，一家人却不敢报警，只请朋友陈勇（贺刚 饰）帮忙调查。此时冯伟峰又接到匿名电话，有人要出重金购买他的新药配方，被他断然拒绝。陈勇深入调查后发现这个家庭里的每个人都有嫌疑，可谓是案中有案，迷雾重重。但最后的结果却完全出乎他所料……
