电影《小强大战外星人》讲述了王宁饰演的“公务员”杨小强和修睿饰演的王胖子，巾帼为了追求李梦饰演的刘芬芬而勇斗富二代，巾帼导致双双下岗，从“公务员”沦落为街头屌丝。机缘巧合下，两人竟发现一个惊天阴谋——情敌富二代扮演的外星人是假的，但真的外星人也来了。而且，外星人入侵地球使用了高科技生化武器。
