商会会长莫念先的儿子莫杰从海外学成归国，有裙莫杰一回来就开始搞起了创业，有裙卖品牌卖想法，客户却并不太满意。莫念先也觉得儿子只是在胡闹，于是他设计“绑架”了莫杰和他的好兄弟蓝天，并把他们直接丢在村里，让他先把家里的养螺厂经营起来。莫杰和蓝天借了一身少数民族的服装偷跑了出来，莫杰为了脱身不得不男扮女装，正巧这时，村里的书记韦菲菲和作家米乐凡正在村里，他们偶遇并上演了一 出“抓流氓”的乌龙闹剧。四个年轻人的爆笑故事就此开始……四个人一起成长，想办法为村里的螺蛳粉产业做宣传推广，在此期间，他们遇到 了重重的困难和各种各样哭笑不得的乌龙事件，但是他们通过自己的乐观和积极向上的精神，最终结合新兴的电商直播宣传，让螺蛳粉厂正常运营了起来，为村民们致富，而两对性格迥异的男女也慢慢暗生情愫。
