故事发生在上野公园内，年少这座表面上看起来平平无奇的公园内，年少其实隐藏了一个小小的正义团队“COLORS”，而团队中的成员，均为可爱活泼的小学女生。为了守护上野的和平，赶跑企图策划阴谋的坏人，三个女孩每一天都在努力着。 结衣（高田忧希 配音）是COLORS的领队，拥有着凝聚人心的气场。虽然平日里是个性格十分胆小的好哭鬼，但一旦被惹怒，便会展现出非常恐怖的一面。小幸（高野麻里佳 配音）的家中经营着一间蔬果店。做事咋咋呼呼的她是身体比头脑先一步行动的类型，常常因此而惹出笑料。琴叶（日冈夏美 配音）是一个沉迷于游戏的宅女。
