神月纪原先是生活在千叶县，扑通扑通但家里要搬家到群马县，扑通扑通得知神月纪要搬家到群马生活居住，青梅竹马警告他，去了群马是不会活着回来的。于是神月纪在网上调查了群马的资料，净是发现了很多负面的信息。在进入群马县的高中后作为外来者，神月纪与过于热爱群马县的当地学生学习了很多群马本地的特色文化和本地的一些梗（虽然具体过程比较暴力比较颜艺），同时还卷入了群马县和千叶县的地域战争当中——
