在商业区衣服材料店打工的26岁女孩吉成千奈美（泽尻英龙华 饰），亚洲对时尚有着天然的热爱。偶然机缘，亚洲她经人介绍结识了顶尖时尚杂志《First Class》的主编大泽留美（板谷由夏 饰），并以实习生的身份进入了这个她梦寐以求的编辑部。然而时尚圈子光鲜的外表之下，弱肉强食的残酷性却是她所始料未及的。从冷峻寡语的主编到野心满满的肉食系猛女副主编八卷小夏（三浦理惠子 饰），从靠关系混日子的海归腹黑女编辑川岛瑞美绘（菜菜绪 饰）到凭打拼逐渐上位的合同工木村白雪（田畑智子 饰），从出身平平的当家模特MINA（佐佐木希 饰）再到人气直升的富家女+名模ERENA（石田ニコル 饰）。围绕这本杂志，硝烟和战火无时无刻不在进行。为了出人头地，千奈美似乎只有选择战斗，投入到Mounting的残酷厮杀之中……
