回复 :该片讲述哥哥冯飞为大学毕业的妹妹冯璐谋得一个好职位，电话里却得知妹妹要留在山村支教。一气之下他驱车赶到当铺屯村，要带冯璐走，结果被女店主兰桂芳的“棍术”吓晕倒。冯飞为带走妹妹冯璐，答应村支书黄悦完成三件事：一件事是让返贫的村民熊仁脱贫；二件事是让死守旧危房的许老太太搬新居；三是给村办小学增加一名支教教师。几经波折，锲而不舍的冯飞真的让酗酒的熊仁戒酒并成功再就业，许老太也情愿搬进了可寄托旧情感的新居。在这个过程中，冯飞与兰桂芳渐生感情，冯飞不再阻止妹妹留在乡村，并且牵线赖总投资山村的野山参项目，振兴乡村经济。
