谭贺（贾石 饰）是建材公司的老板，宅男同时也是一个花花公子。谭贺有一个交往多年的女友姚蓝（赵灵儿 饰），宅男姚蓝个性温柔贤惠，即便知道男友在外面沾花惹草，还是忍气吞声的默默在家为他打理生活的一切。谭贺有一个名叫金佳丽（谈梓聿 饰）的情人，金佳丽的个性和姚蓝大相径庭，她不仅在为人处世方面特别的强势，还总是希望能够控制谭贺的一举一动。一次偶然中，谭贺邂逅了名叫云梦（苑盈 饰）的女子。云梦的存在让谭贺觉得自己遇到了一生中的挚爱，为了追求云梦，谭贺不惜千金散尽，可当云梦得到了谭贺的钱财后，她却消失不见了。

Beaumont's motives are purely selfish as he makes every attempt to convince the beautiful young girl to run away with him. For help Beaumont turns to the devious Legendre, a man who runs his mill by mind controlling people he has turned into zombies. After Beaumont uses Legendre's zombie potion on Madeleine, he is dissatisfied with her emotionless being and wants her to be changed back. Legendre has no intention of doing this and he drugs Beaumont as well to add to his zombie collection. Meanwhile, grieving 'widower' Neil is convinced by a local priest that Madeleine may still be alive and he seeks her out.
