初春，侦探度假的妙子（小林聪美 饰）坐飞机来到南方一个海岛小镇上，侦探在住宿的旅馆里，她遇上了一群人：养了一条和自己同名爱犬的旅馆主人裕二（光石研 饰），戴着一副眼镜经常微笑的刨冰高手樱（罇真佐子 饰），不是旅馆客人但经常在附近转悠的高校教师春奈（市川实日子 饰）以及前来找妙子的青年艾草（加濑亮 饰）。五个人戴着眼镜每天一起在海边做奇怪的早操，然后一起吃早饭……，虽然生活平静而美好，但妙子还是决定继续旅行……
