「帰らないおじさん」は、现场“働き方改革”で行き場をなくした中年サラリーマンの実態を描くコメディ。“昭和的”な働き方が是正され、现场定時退社や長時間労働から開放された自由を手に入れたサラリーマンたちが、自由を謳歌する姿が描かれる。
