胜改藏（樱井孝宏 配音）曾经是人人羡慕的天才少年，国产观然而，国产观一场意外让他变为了神神叨叨的呆瓜，某日，就读于县立虎马高中的改藏被一尊人体模型砸晕，醒来时发现自己正被一群科学部的同学们团团围住，敏感的他坚信自己已经成为了改造人，于是决定加入科学部，为了保卫世界而和平而展开战斗。名取羽美（喜多村英梨 配音）是造成改藏现状的罪魁祸首，然而，羽美对于自己的所作所为毫不在意。爱财如命的御姐彩园铃（丰崎爱生 配音）、懦弱不幸的坪内地丹（斋藤千和 配音）、身患“绝症”的山田（堀江由衣 配音），在这些千奇百怪的朋友们的陪伴下，改藏的非日常就此展开。
