回复 :阿辉（黎明 饰）是一个平凡的青年，他从香港远赴墨西哥，希望在这里找到自己的立足之地。可是，刚刚到墨西哥没多久，阿辉就莫名其妙的遭到了追杀，原来，在墨西哥的一所监狱里，一名华人男子惨遭黑帮同伙卡洛斯陷害，好不容易死里逃生越狱的他决定报仇，而阿辉和这个男人意外的相像，所以惨遭牵连。幸运的是，阿辉遇见了名为贺凝（叶玉卿 饰）的酒吧老板娘，贺凝救下了无处可去的阿辉，随着时间的推移，两人之间渐渐碰撞出了感情的火花。贺凝的哥哥也是卡洛斯的刀下冤魂，贺凝一直没有放弃为自己的哥哥寻求一个公道。之后，越狱男子也来到了酒吧。

Or did he really love the doctor?
