台东的飙车王林港（刘德华 饰）在一次飚车比赛中与当地黑帮起冲突，电锯杀死了一名黑帮要员而逃到了香港，电锯投靠了当地黑帮老大顶爷。顶爷安排林港住在手下焦贵的情妇阿Sue（吕秀菱 饰）家，林港则和焦贵一起负责黑帮的生意买卖。一次焦贵和湖南大圈仔帮交易时私吞金表，不知就里的林港帮焦贵 击退了大圈仔，令大圈华（王霄 饰）误以为是林港私吞了金表。大圈仔帮四处找林港寻仇，阿Sue亦牵涉其中，同时，警方亦威逼利诱林港作线人。无奈之下，林港和阿Sue逃回了大陆暂避风头，然而依旧逃不过大圈仔帮的追杀，林港最终命运如何？
