讲述在韩国检察官之间将与凶杀案有关，英雄暴力残酷尺度较大、英雄禁止外流的证据影像称为“极秘档案”。制作人金秀灿得知录影带都被封印在检察厅地下保管室的传闻后，意外获得了相关的录影带，并决定以此为题材制作纪录片。其中，他发现录影带中所记录的1992年东城庄旅馆凶杀案，与1987年峨嵋洞一家凶杀案出奇的一致，究竟真相为何？
