回复 :天地村坐落于大凉山腹地，因地理位置所限，长期处于深度贫困，是全国脱贫攻坚最艰巨的主阵地之一。2017年，医生万月在州委副书记陈仪的感召下，经组织考核后到天地村担任第一书记，渴望切实为一方土地带来改变。初到被漫山索玛花围绕的天地村，万月百般不适，她一贯逻辑分明、理性的作风，到了重人情的村民这里处处碰钉子，受制于严酷生存环境和落后文化习俗的羁绊，扶贫工作推进收效甚微。在村支书阿依的帮助下，两人开阔思路，在碰撞磨合中带领村民开展了高附加值的种植和养殖项目。陈仪为天地村精准扶贫提出具体思路，设计改良彝服的阿呷成为搭建妇女灵活居家就业的典范，师范毕业返乡教学的阿芝承担起控辍保学任务，坚定投身于热爱的教育事业。陈仪、万月与彝族姑娘们一起，在凉山深处的贫瘠大地上扎根，绽放成一朵又一朵金色的索玛花。
