又逢农历七月十四，春暖盂兰节鬼门关打开，春暖孤魂野鬼由最脏的出口来到人间，开始短暂驻留。是时，一裸体男鬼闯入人间，他尾随长发男子Raymond至其家中，在男鬼蛊惑之下，Raymond用刮胡刀自杀身亡。吊儿郎当的警察吴立基（吴镇宇 饰）负责此案，他从马桶中找到挂有“忠”字牌的金链子，遂感此案另有蹊跷。善良诚实的快递小子阿忠（李灿森 饰）暗恋快餐店女孩小雯，不过由于木讷他的感情之路颇多坎坷。某晚，阿忠遇到怪事，阿雯被一个名叫程东的女鬼上身。程东自言生前遭到无良警察吴立基杀害，她请求阿忠偷吴立基的枪帮她报仇。阿忠被迫答应，却渐渐发现事情并非像表面那样简单……
